Your first connection
- Install the Windows or macOS client on the computer you want to control, sign in and keep it online.
- Open the web app on another device and sign in. The controlling device does not need a client installation.
- Enter the target computer’s device code, then follow the verification prompt or connect after the other person approves.
Purchase options and renewal
A one-time purchase covers the selected month or year of membership and does not renew automatically. A recurring subscription renews on the selected monthly or annual cycle until cancelled.
When purchases open, checkout will show the amount, currency, applicable tax and renewal option before payment. Paddle handles payment processing and its buyer terms apply.
